Paula Berwanger is a native English-speaking Brazilian-Spanish actress raised in Tokyo with international stage and screen credits. She trained at the William Esper Studio and Yale, and also teaches acting and directing.

Dr. Jacqueline Roussety is a British-German actor, director, and theater scholar with over 30 years’ experience training performers. She holds a Ph.D. in Theater and has taught and directed actors across Europe, India, and Japan.

Jim O’Connor is an American actor and TV host whose career spans Hollywood films, network television, and stage. He trained in Meisner and Method acting, and has worked with Oscar and Tony Award winners.

Chuck Johnson is a Tokyo-based action actor, stunt performer, and motion capture artist. A former U.S. Taekwondo champion, he runs Quiet Flame Productions, where he primarily trains actors for action performance.

Christiane Brew is a British actress, voice artist, and improviser with 30 years’ experience. Based in Tokyo and the UK, she trained at RADA and RCS and works internationally in theater, film, and improv.

Andrew Kottler is an actor, director, and educator with over 16 years of experience in film, television, and theater. He trained at Steppenwolf and Second City and is a member of SAG-AFTRA and Actor’s Equity.

Ian is a longtime Tokyo resident and founding member of Black Stripe Theater. He has performed in local productions for over 20 years.

Christian Hatcher is a versatile performer from Alabama with experience in acting, singing, stunt work, and production. He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Alabama.

Bob Werley is a Tokyo-based actor with credits across Japan, China, Malaysia, the U.S., the Philippines, and Canada. He holds a BA in Theatre and has taught improv at Temple University Japan.

Greg is a director with over 25 years in Japan, known for staging Broadway-level productions including Hamlet at the Tokyo Globe and the Japanese premieres of works by Donald Margulies. He recently directed his first feature film, Rules of Living.

Brandon Francis is a British-American actor known for quirky roles across stage, screen, and radio in the UK, U.S., and Japan. He trained with the National Youth Theatre and is a SAG-AFTRA member.

Brendan holds a BFA in Theatre from Oklahoma State University and has worked in film, television, and professional theater for over 15 years in the U.S. and Japan. He also has extensive stage combat training.

Masanari Sasaki holds an MFA in Theatre from the University of Delaware and has worked with renowned directors on classical and Shakespearean productions. He recently appeared in the Amazon Prime series The Silent Service.

An English-Japanese bilingual actress from the U.S., she trained in the U.S. and U.K., earning an MA from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She has performed Shakespeare at The Globe and works with NHK in Tokyo.

Chris trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama and holds an MA in Theatre and Performance Art. Based in Tokyo since 2004, he founded Black Stripe Theater and works in both stage and screen.

Jonathan (Jonah) Hagans is an alumnus of the Chicago Academy of the Arts, CalArts, and the Royal National Theatre. He teaches Speech and Drama at the International School of the Sacred Heart in Tokyo.
